How you'll be part of changing an industry
If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excel at both strategic sales leadership and hands-on execution, Insurely is the right place for you. You will play a key role in driving large-scale sales initiatives, building senior-level relationships and refining our go-to-market approach in the Nordics
Your responsibilities will include
Leading complex sales cycles and strategic account management in enterprise sales with C-suite and senior decision-makers
Selling and shaping our financial solutions while providing key insights to enhance product development
Identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities through market analysis and strategic partnerships
Building and implementing scalable commercial structures and processes to drive long-term growth
Collaborating cross-functionally to refine product-market fit and commercial positioning
What we look for
A seasoned and strategic sales professional with a strong track record in consultative selling
Experience from open finance, banking, insurance industry or SaaS
Proven ability to sell innovative or emerging solutions, adapting to market needs and contributing strategic insights to product development
A history of closing high-value deals and engaging senior executives
A hybrid mindset between sales, strategic business development and product positioning
Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-moving startup environment where things are still taking shape.
