At Insurely, we're building the infrastructure that gives people greater transparency around their finances. We provide banks, fintechs and AI companies with real-time access to financial data across investments, pensions, insurance, savings and credit. Our customers use that data to build better products and services. Your job is to help them get more value from Insurely over time, while growing the business alongside them.
The role
As our customer base grows and more financial services companies build on our data infrastructure, we're looking for an Account Manager who can help grow our customer relationships across the Nordics and Baltics.
This is not a maintenance role. You'll be expected to understand each customer's business, spot opportunities where Insurely can create more value and turn those opportunities into commercial growth.
You'll work closely with banks, insurers, fintechs and other financial institutions across multiple markets. You'll also help customers understand how our products, APIs and data can support their business goals.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience in a commercial role and is looking to take the next step in their career. You'll join a small commercial team and report to the Sales Director, working alongside an experienced Senior Account Manager.
What you'll do
Build and develop relationships with customers across the Nordics and Baltics
Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Develop business cases and commercial proposals
Lead customer discussions and support negotiations
Help customers understand how our products, APIs and data create value
Monitor account health and proactively manage risks
Work closely with product and leadership teams to help customers succeed
Who you are
You have 3-6 years of experience in account management, customer success, business development, sales, consulting or a similar customer-facing role
You've worked in a startup, fintech, consulting firm or another fast-paced environment
You have a commercial mindset and enjoy finding opportunities to create value for customers
You build trust easily and are comfortable working with different stakeholders
You're analytical and structured, without overcomplicating things
You're comfortable operating with imperfect information and enjoy creating structure where none exists
You take ownership of your work and are comfortable driving things forward independently, while asking for support when needed
You don't need to be technical, but you're comfortable discussing technology, APIs and data products in a commercial context
You are fluent in English and Swedish

Practical details
