We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Success team in Stockholm. You’ll lead customer projects from k-off to long-term success - making sure our systems are up and running, customers are supported, and teams stay aligned.

What You’ll Do
- Lead our customer projects from onboarding to full-service adoption
- Be the main customer contact point and build strong customer relationships
- Co-ordinate customer installations both remotely and onsite across Scandinavia and Europe
- Using our internal tools, monitor and support the installations and services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide training and demos to customers and internal staff to ensure successful solution adoption
- Work within the team to develop and improve internal project processes
- Report to the Customer Success Team Lead and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Sales in a supportive team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with industrial machines or have worked as a technician in an industrial environment.
- 2–3 years of experience in project management or customer success
- Strong communicator who is good at building relationships
- Understanding of CNC machines or other industrial machinery is highly valued
- Familiar with CRM and support software applications
- Organized, proactive, and great at driving things forward
- Comfortable using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft applications
- Strong writing and communication skills in English and Swedish (German is a plus)
