Software Engineer

Location: Stockholm, Sweden

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with a backend focus to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you'll work across the stack - but mostly on building solid backend services that power our products. You’ll collaborate with other engineers, designers, and product folks to turn ideas into real, working features.

What You’ll Do

• Turn business and product needs into clear development tasks
• Build and maintain backend systems that are scalable, secure, and reliable
• Take part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Spot and fix performance issues before they become real problems
• Keep things running smoothly with CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience working as a fullstack or backend developer
• A degree in Computer Science or something similar
• Strong coding skills (Preferably in Python)
• Solid grasp of software fundamentals—like algorithms, data structures, and system design
• Experience working with APIs (eg. REST, GraphQL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, and scripting in Bash
• Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Bonus if you’ve dabbled in Rust—not a must, but nice to have
• Comfortable working with product teams, breaking down features, and communicating clearly
