Marketing Coordinator

We’re seeking someone eager to take ownership of marketing activities and help elevate our efforts to the next level. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams to ensure that our strategy, campaigns, and content are aligned and delivering results. If you’ve supported the development and execution of digital marketing strategies - and are now ready to lead them yourself - this role is your next step.

What you’ll do:

• Drive marketing strategy: Align marketing goals with our broader business objectives.
• Own campaigns: Plan and launch digital and offline campaigns that get noticed and deliver results.
• Craft our message: Make sure what we say is clear, consistent, and actually resonates.
• Produce content (or make it happen): Whether you write it yourself or coordinate others, the goal is always content people want to read or watch.
• Pick the right channels: Know where our audience is, and meet them there with the right message.
• Develop tech stack: Help define, refine and challenge our marketing tools; push boundaries and ditch what doesn’t work.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, communications or something similar
• A relevant degree (MSc or MBA is a plus)
• Hands-on skills with tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRMs, outreach platforms, etc.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English (Swedish or German is a plus)
• Comfortable managing tone of voice and brand messaging
• You’re proactive, organized, and detail-oriented - but also know when to go with the flow
• Previous experience of content creation tools (like Canva or Figma) is a plus
