About Mindler

Mindler is a digital therapy service that is rethinking therapy to meet today’s needs. In the UK, demand for mental health support has grown faster than services can keep up. And this is only increasing. Mindler combines beautiful, mobile-optimised technology with high-quality therapists and psychologists available via video call. We call this “blended” CBT - which provides a fantastic patient experience with the scale to meet today’s needs.

Good mental health is often a prerequisite for someone to achieve their full potential in life - but with long waiting lists, many people who are struggling can’t get access to the help they need. By joining Mindler, you will help improve the lives of thousands of people and set a new standard for mental health care in Europe.

We are proud to be an award-winning partner to the NHS. The Sandbox service for Children and Young People provides rapid access to support, free at the point of use for NHS patients. The Sandbox is expanding across the UK and you will play a pivotal role in integrating this offering into NHS frontline services in new regions.

We now need your help as we transform how mental healthcare is delivered.

About the role:

We’re seeking an Operations Manager to work as part of our NHS team. This role will be proactive and outward-facing, supporting the UK team to secure and operationalise new contracts in the public sector, engaging with commissioners and local partners, and overseeing strong operational practices. You will be based at our London office and report to the UK Country Manager.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of working relationships with NHS commissioners and partner organisations.
  • Development of effective operational practices, identifying areas for operational improvements and efficiencies.
  • Management of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the day-to-day delivery of The Sandbox product.
  • Identification and ownership of new product innovation opportunities.

You will be an excellent communicator, problem solver, and organiser - but most of all, you should be passionate about joining a mission-driven organisation where you will have the opportunity to change people’s lives for the better.

Flexible working

We’re a supportive team and we’re interested in what you can do, not when and where you do it. However, we’re moving at speed to change healthcare for the better, and we’re typically together in our fantastic London office for two-three days per week. We trust and support each other, and will give you autonomy to deliver your goals and find a balance that works for you.

Does the following apply to you?

  • You are passionate about increasing access to quality mental health care.
  • You have an interest in digital innovation and are excited by the idea of working for a “game-changing” digital healthcare business.
  • You have excellent communication and networking skills.
  • You are willing to travel to meet partners across the UK when required.
  • You are comfortable working with integrated teams, and communicating with people from all levels (for example, from charity volunteers to consultant psychiatrists).
  • You are self-motivated and happy to work autonomously when the project requires.

Requirements for the role:

  • 2+ years business experience in a similar role such as consulting or project management.
  • Passion for our mission of improving access to high-quality mental health care.
  • A positive attitude, and a proven track record in problem solving and delivery of end to end projects.
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to work on multiple projects at once.
  • You are entrepreneurial and have an appetite to work in a start-up environment (or have already done so).

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience working within the healthcare industry particularly the NHS.
  • A valid driving licence.

Office location

Just opposite Victoria Station - 25 Wilton Road, Victoria, London, SW1V 1LW.

We are looking forward to hearing from you!
