We are revolutionizing the game animation industry with products rooted in our proprietary AI models, delivering AAA quality character animations to game studios at a fraction of the traditional cost and time. We are scaling rapidly due to early demand from major game studios.

Combining our proprietary motion capture data with state of the art diffusion models, Motorica lets teams generate dynamic, lifelike motion in minutes instead of weeks. We remove one of the biggest bottlenecks in game and cinematic production and empower studios to focus on creativity, iteration and building truly living worlds.

The Role

You’ll work closely with our most important enterprise accounts; acting as a strategic partner to Heads of Animation and Studio Technical Directors. You will move beyond simple support to manage a full book of business, driving complex multi-year renewals and independently managing expansion pipelines.

We want you to play the role of a commercial and technical strategist. You will build predictive health frameworks to correlate usage patterns with renewal likelihood, and design onboarding frameworks tailored to specific studio archetypes (AAA vs. AA). You’ll work cross-functionally to influence our product roadmap with customer urgency, ensuring Motorica delivers measurable ROI.

This role reports into Product.

What You Will Do

Executive & Stakeholder Mapping: You will map the full decision-making unit (economic buyer, technical evaluator, champion) and build multi-threaded relationships across departments. You act as a trusted advisor to team leads and animation directors, navigating organizational politics to protect and grow the account.

Commercial Ownership: You lead commercial conversations for renewals and expansions, directly influencing deals. You will quantify ROI to justify budget increases, negotiate scope, and drive net expansion by identifying new use cases and Style Cloning upsells.

Scalable Enablement: Instead of just training users one-on-one, you build scalable enablement assets (video walkthroughs, best-practice guides, FAQ libraries) and train customer "champions" to self-serve. You design onboarding frameworks that establish success milestones tied to customer outcomes.

Product & ML Strategy: You participate in the ML experiment → customer hand-off loop. You will provide structured feedback on model output quality and drive systematic Voice of Customer programs to translate qualitative feedback into prioritized product recommendations.

Who You Are

Experience: You bring at least 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, holding a solid grasp of AAA animation pipelines and Motion Matching implementation patterns.

Domain Expertise: You have deep domain expertise and understand the competitive landscape. You can articulate Motorica’s differentiation to technical and business stakeholders and advise on optimal dataset configuration.

Risk Management: You anticipate risks before they surface. You build risk frameworks for your book of business and have the executive presence to de-escalate complex situations. You identify churn signals early—such as declining usage or key contact changes—and drive proactive intervention.

Technical Fluency: You have deep fluency in customer animation pipelines and can troubleshoot common integration issues. You understand dataset quality dimensions (style fidelity, variety, edge-case coverage) and can evaluate them against customer-specific standards.

Cross-Functional Influence: You proactively collaborate with Product, ML, and Engineering. You influence sprint priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives (e.g., customer advisory boards, beta programs) to reduce friction and improve time-to-value.
