We remove one of the biggest bottlenecks in game and cinematic production and empower studios to focus on creativity, iteration, and building truly living worlds.

The Role

We are looking for an animation-obsessed Technical Animator to work with some of the world’s top AAA studios. This is not just a support role; you are a consultant, educator, and technical authority who builds trust by speaking the language of Lead Animators and Technical Directors. You will be the key player between Product & GTM.

What You Will Do

• The "Trust Demo": Join pre-sales conversations to walk our high-profile potential customers through our product, support with technical expertise, and build trust.
• Integration Support: Lead the support for the customer to integrate and set up Motorica. Maybe you have worked with a customer before or been consulting?
• Pipeline Problem Solving: Act as the first line of defense for technical hurdles, solving pipeline blockers, and advising on retargeting best practices.
• Product Discovery & GTM support: Be the "eyes and ears" in the field, identifying gaps and bringing back insights to drive our product roadmap & GTM.

Who You Are

• Communication Mastery: You have excellent presentation skills and can explain complex technical concepts simply to everyone, from junior animators to CTOs. We are looking for a true storyteller.
• Senior Industry Authority: You have 5+ years of experience as a Technical Animator or similar in an AA/AAA environment. You understand real production pain points because you’ve lived them.
• Technical Animation Enthusiast: You have a passion for staying ahead of the curve in animation technology, always seeking out and experimenting with the latest techniques — with solid knowledge of approaches like Motion Matching being a strong indicator of this mindset.
• Continuous Learner: You have a proactive mindset and a genuine willingness to learn and adapt as generative animation evolves.
• Technical Deep Dive: You possess high-level proficiency in Unreal Engine (Control Rig, Blueprints) and DCC tools like Maya/MotionBuilder.
