Combining our proprietary motion capture data with state-of-the-art diffusion models, Motorica lets teams generate dynamic, lifelike motion in minutes instead of weeks. We remove one of the biggest bottlenecks in game and cinematic production and empower studios to focus on creativity, iteration and building truly living worlds.

The Role

As our Founding Engagement Manager, you will be the architect of our customer journey and the driving force behind how we scale our most critical accounts. This is a critical, high-impact, "player-coach" role designed for a high-performer who thrives on building functions from scratch while maintaining a heavy operational presence.

You will lay the blueprint and execute on building a customer engagement engine in a fast-growing startup, establishing GTM processes and engagement models that will define Motorica’s future.

You’ll also act as our primary strategic partner to large enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve maximum long-term success with Motorica.

What You Will Do

• Establish the Blueprint: Design and implement the frameworks for customer engagement, monitor customer health using metrics to proactively mitigate churn risk and drive retention.
• Manage High-Stakes Relationships: Build and own deep, multi-threaded relationships with senior stakeholders at large enterprises, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Drive Customer Engagement Excellence: Combine high-level strategy with a hands-on approach—you are just as comfortable defining a process to better our customers’ success as you are executing it.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with Product, Go-to-market and ML teams to ensure the "Voice of the Customer" directly influences our GTM-engine, roadmap, technical development, and our company voice.
• Commercial Growth: Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts: leading upsell conversations, expanding use cases, and partnering with customers to scale their adoption of our platform.
• Scalability: Help shape scalable post-sales processes that blend high-touch relationships with data-driven operational excellence.

Who You Are

• GTM, CS, or Customer-facing roles where you have successfully driven and established new processes.
• Fast-growing Start-ups/Scale-ups where you’ve been a key player in building models from the ground up.
• Management Consulting with a focus on large enterprise clients and complex project delivery.
