About Mynt

Mynt is an all-in-one corporate card and spend management solution, on a mission to fundamentally change business banking forever. Our digital software, coupled with corporate cards and payments infrastructure, eradicates manual administrative tasks for businesses. Experiencing huge growth in the Swedish and Finnish markets, we have recently secured substantial funding to fuel our expansion both in Sweden and internationally.

Mynt is a tech-first company with a product oriented mindset, empowering team to be their best in ideating and creating innovative solutions to complex problems. In 2021, Mynt obtained financial license as an e-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

In 2022, we announced a partnership with Fortnox, integrating corporate cards within their platform. Early in 2023, a similar card-issuing partnership was announced with Accountor Group in Finland. Additional partnerships are in progress and under development.

About the role

We are currently looking for passionate and ambitious colleagues who will develop and improve Mynt with us. The core of our business is our amazing product that is always evolving to add more value to our customers and deliver sustainable value to our business.

As Product Manager you will work cross-functionally to launch features and create value. You will be a part of the full product lifecycle from idea and discovery to delivery.

Examples of various tasks

• Drive product discovery phase using a combination of analytical insight, customer interviews, and business acumen.
• Prioritize work based on understanding of customer and business value.
• Coordinate all stages of product creation including ideation, design, development, marketing, launch, and post-launch analytics.
• Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, operations, customer success, marketing and sales.
• Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate a future investment.
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product area.
• Innovate creative solutions for complex problems related to the product development.

Qualifications

• Previous working experience as Product Manager or Manager leading a cross functional team or comparable experience at an IT consultancy.
• Analytical and data-driven individual.
• A customer-centric approach for product prioritization.
• Great interpersonal communication skills and can work as a bridge between stakeholders, tech and other product teams. A team player.
• In-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles.
• Sharp problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
