Mynt is an all-in-one corporate card and spend management solution, on a mission to fundamentally change business banking forever. Our digital software, coupled with corporate cards and payments infrastructure, eradicates manual administrative tasks for businesses. Experiencing huge growth in the Swedish and Finnish markets, we have recently secured substantial funding to fuel our expansion both in Sweden and internationally.

Mynt is a tech-first company with a product oriented mindset, empowering team to be their best in ideating and creating innovative solutions to complex problems. In 2021, Mynt obtained financial license as an e-money institution, card issuer, and payment processor from the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.

In 2022, we announced a partnership with Fortnox, integrating corporate cards within their platform. Early in 2023, a similar card-issuing partnership was announced with Accountor Group in Finland. Additional partnerships are in progress and under development.

About the role

We are currently looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented CEO Associate to join our growing team. As CEO Associate at Mynt, you will work closely with our CEO Baltsar and the rest of the management team. You will be involved in both the day-to-day operations of the business, and longer-term, strategic projects across a variety of functions. You are expected to have high analytic skills, a doer mentality and take ownership of your work.

The role includes tasks such as:

• Support in strategic planning, including market analysis
• Lead or participate in revenue growth or cost optimization projects
• Analyze financials and support operational improvements across departments
• Prepare reports and materials for and attend high-level meetings
• Lead or participate in key projects involving partners, investors and new clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields, preferably within business/economics or engineering
• You are currently in your final semester of studies, recently graduated or with a few years of work experience
• You a self-driven problem-solver who enjoys challenges and has strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and data analysis tools
• You are a proactive and action-oriented team-player with a good eye for details
• Fluent in Swedish and English
