The Role
As an API Integration Developer focusing on Apollo and HubSpot, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration of Turbotic’s platform with key business tools. You will be responsible for developing and managing APIs to facilitate smooth data flow between our automation solutions and third-party platforms like Apollo and HubSpot. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, deep expertise in API development, and a passion for working with cutting-edge technologies in the SaaS and automation industries and have a multicultural business knowlegde on building Sales funel for technical products.
Key Responsibilities
- API Integration Development: Develop and maintain high-quality API integrations with Apollo, HubSpot, and other third-party platforms to ensure seamless data synchronization and functionality.
- Custom Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize API-based solutions tailored to client needs and business requirements.
- Integration Monitoring:Proactively monitor and troubleshoot the performance of integrated systems to ensure uptime, data integrity, and smooth functionality across all touchpoints.
- Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive technical documentation for integrations and provide support to internal teams and clients.
- Automation Optimization: Leverage your knowledge of AI-powered solutions and automation technologies to ensure integrations are optimized for performance and scalability.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align technical capabilities with business objectives and client requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in API integration, automation, and CRM technologies to recommend and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in API development or integration roles, ideally within the SaaS, automation, or technology sectors. Experience with Apollo and HubSpot is highly preferred.
- Automation and RPA Knowledge: Familiarity with AI, automation, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts, with the ability to apply these in real-world integration scenarios.
- Data-Driven Approach: Experience working with data-driven systems, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing integration workflows.
- Multicultural Communication Skills: Expertise in managing relationships across different cultures and languages. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required to communicate effectively with international teams and clients in LATAM and Europe.
- SaaS Experience:Familiarity with SaaS environments and understanding of client-side integrations, particularly with Apollo and HubSpot.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex integration issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaborative and Customer-Focused: Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain a client-first approach when implementing integration solutions.
- UX and Design Sensibility: Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles, especially in relation to client journey optimization and system interactions.
