About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of professional experience and a proven track record in managing and delivering automation and artificial intelligence (AI) projects.

In addition, the candidate should have a strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI solutions with the ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed requirements
• Lead and document requirement-gathering sessions for automation, AI, and Generative AI initiatives
• Develop business cases and project roadmaps for process improvement and digital transformation
• Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and LLM-based solutions
• Define and document use cases for Generative AI applications (e.g., chatbots, copilots, document processing, summarization, decision support)
• Work closely with technical teams to design solutions involving LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Support design and implementation of agent-based workflows and intelligent automation solutions
• Liaise between technical teams, vendors, and business units to ensure successful project delivery
• Create and maintain documentation, including process maps, functional specifications, AI solution designs, and test cases
• Participate in AI model evaluation and validation ensuring alignment with business goals
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Conduct training sessions and provide support during the implementation phase

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Significant experience in automation and AI projects (e.g., RPA, Machine Learning, Generative AI)
• Working knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts
• Exposure to prompt engineering, AI use-case design, or conversational AI solutions
• Understanding of agent-based systems or AI orchestration concepts is a plus
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
