Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Solution Architect to design, implement, and support scalable intelligent automation solutions using the UiPath platform. This role also involves strong ownership of production support, working closely with Ops and support teams to resolve critical issues.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in designing and building agentic (AI-driven autonomous) solutions using modern orchestration tools and LLM-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

· Architect and implement end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath

· Lead delivery of complex RPA projects ensuring scalability and best practices

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities

· Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers

· Design solutions using UiPath Orchestrator, AI Center, and Document Understanding

· Design and build agentic automation solutions leveraging UiPath, n8n, and LLM-based frameworks

· Develop autonomous workflows capable of decision-making and multi-step orchestration

· Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems to enable end-to-end intelligent automation

· Define architecture patterns for agent-based systems including reasoning, memory, and tool usage

· Identify and drive use cases for AI-driven and agent-based automation

· Act as a key support architect for production issues and bot failures

· Support Ops team in incident resolution and SLA adherence

· Guide support developers in debugging and root cause analysis (RCA)

· Ensure governance, standards, and architecture compliance

· Ensure scalability, reliability, and monitoring of both RPA and agentic workflows in production

Requirements:

· 8+ years of IT experience in RPA and Intelligent Automation

· Strong hands-on experience with UiPath

· Expertise in Orchestrator, AI Center, REFramework

· Experience in handling production support and critical incidents

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

· Hands-on experience in designing and implementing agentic / AI-driven automation solutions

· Strong knowledge of UiPath and n8n for building orchestrated and autonomous workflows

· Understanding of LLM-based architectures and prompt engineering

· Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI or similar)

· Familiarity with multi-agent systems, tool usage, memory handling, and workflow orchestration

· Ability to design systems combining RPA with AI-based decision-making

Good To Have Skills:

· Python scripting and SQL

· AI/ML and LLM integrations

· Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone)

· UiPath certifications preferred
